Equity Venture Fortune Ltd (the “Fund”) is an investment fund established under the laws of the British Virgin Islands and classified as an Approved Fund pursuant to the Securities and Investment Business (Incubator and Approved Funds) Regulations, 2015. The Fund is recognised and recorded as such with the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission.
The Fund received its certificate of approval on 20 November 2025, with certificate number SIBR/IFAF/25/0839.
The Fund has been structured as a private investment vehicle intended exclusively for eligible investors who satisfy the relevant regulatory criteria and who are capable of independently assessing and bearing the risks associated with private and alternative investments. The Fund is not a public fund and is not offered to retail investors.
